The various mobility programs used by MU students (whether managed at MU or elsewhere) may impose additional requirements on students (including applications to be completed and financial arrangements) that students must also meet. Several faculties at Masaryk University have entered into agreements with foreign universities at the faculty or department level, which allow MU students to take two semesters to study or complete a research internship at a partner university, with a centre of gravity very similar to that of Masaryk University. Only together can we make a difference <3 We have received a message from our "sister university" in Taiwan and we are sending it to ask for your help: some universities have started using the Online Learning Agreement (OLA). If this is the case at your home university, the process will be a little different for you. For internships or research in partner faculties, you can benefit from a CZS grant, but the application and selection of students is entirely within the competence of the coordinators of the faculties and departments. The specific offer of faculty agreements can be found on the website of your faculty or department or in the foreign department of the faculty. For more information on the various faculty agreements, see the links below or the external department of the faculty concerned on the specific form of the apprenticeship agreement that you should use with the home university form (European Erasmus form). If your university does not provide it, you can use the masaryk University Learning Agreement form (see Documents section). The apprenticeship agreement includes the learning/course activities that the student must take during his or her studies at the host institution. This is a list of courses that must be approved and signed by all three parties.
Before arriving at Masaryk University, the student is required to: if you wish to study at Masaryk University as part of the Erasmus programme, first contact your home university to see if it has an agreement with a specific faculty or department at Masaryk University. You should follow the appointment procedure at your home university. For more information, please contact your coordinators. Documents that the student must send or personally bring to the CZS at the end of his studies at the foreign university (the originals remain with the student who must present them on request): attention to whom you insert as the responsible person (the person who signs your LA on behalf of Masaryk University) – this is not your Erasmus coordinator, but your departmental coordinator. To find out who your coordinators are, go to your online application and scroll down “Your host university coordinators” in the “Application” tab. If there are other names and you don`t know who to fit into your OLA, contact your Erasmus coordinator for advice. The student is awarded a scholarship under the Erasmus programme, on the basis of a signed financial agreement. The grant is calculated on the basis of the expected length of stay, and for this calculation, 1 month is estimated at 30 days. The monthly scholarship is determined at the national level and the proportion is the same for students from all higher education institutions. If your OLA has been approved by your university and Masaryk University, you must download the document and download it to our MUNI online application.
