This document is the main document used to communicate Talend`s service support policy to Talend software licensees (hereafter “customer” or “you”) for Talend software available under proprietary license and open source license (together “software”). As in the proprietary license agreement or any other agreement (at least the “Contract” that allows you to use and obtain the right to use Talend software), this support service policy defines Talend`s general support terms and displays a description of Talend`s technical assistance levels that are available to you at the time of payment of the fee. The broad expressions that are not defined here have the definition that is defined in the applicable agreement. 4. The data exporter maintains the list of sub-processing agreements concluded in accordance with the clauses and communicated by the data importer in accordance with point 5 j) and updated at least once a year. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including this Appendix C, and not limited to the account parameters defined on the order form, Talend grants the Customer a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-transferable and non-refundable right to use Stitch products only for the Customer`s internal business purposes for the duration of the subscription. The client does not induce or authorize others to remove or modify program or service marks or communications relating to the ownership rights of Talend or its licensees; (b) to provide stitch products, including all programs or materials to which the customer has access, in any way, to third parties as authorized users of the customer; (c) to use the sting products with the exception of a licensed use; (d) modify parts of Stitch products, create, disassemble, reconstruct, restore, reproduce, redistribute or download parts of stitch products, (e) disclose the results of reference tests or product performance tests without Talend`s prior written consent; (f) the use of sharing or service offices that outsource, sell, sell, lease, lease, transfer, distribute, display, outsource, outsource, communicate, operate or make available service offices for commercial purposes, or operate or make available service offices for commercial purposes, unless otherwise stated in this agreement, or unless Talend has written permission in each case that may retain Talend at its sole discretion; or (g) make copies of Stitch products.
